Installing a forced air fan kit in your egg incubator will help you to maintain a more constant temperature inside your incubator.  Incubator fans like the Little Giant Fan or HovaBator fan are typically slower speed fans to prevent the fan from drying out the eggs by using too powerful of a forced air fan.  

An incubator fan (Little Giant Fan or HovaBator fan) typically pushes the air upward onto the ceiling of the incubator and then circulates the air around the sides of the incubator to prevent the air from being blown directly onto the eggs.  In cabinet incubators forced air fan kits with higher powered fans are more common because of the larger area and the need for more air flow and circulation.
