Can I return my purchase if I am not happy with it?

As part of our One-year No Hassle Guarantee you are welcome to send back your purchase for a refund for one year from the purchase date. If the reason for the return is that the product is deemed defective by one of our customer service reps. or was damaged in shipping, we will pay the cost of return shipping. If you are returning your purchase because it is not what you expected, you changed your mind, you no longer need it, or other similar reasons the you would be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund issued would be for the original purchase price of the item. We just ask that you contact us before returning your order so we can provide you with instructions on how to do so.
