bought this to put in my custom built incubators that i build and sell. I gave to say that this purchase was the very best i have found. If you are looking to update / replace the thermostat and heating element in an older redwood cabinet, this combo is perfect. The heating element keeps my Leahy 400 egg incubator right at 99.5. I mounted the thermostat outside the cabinet along with a Brinsea spot check thermometer. Highly recommend. (Posted on 4/2/12)
