Product Description: If you hatch eggs, you know a good egg turner is a must. The IncuTurn™ makes incubation easy by turning eggs for you, just like a mother hen. But what if the motor stops working? That’s where the Motor With Mount for IncuTurn™ helps. This is a high-quality egg turner motor that keeps your IncuTurn™ working as it should so your eggs can hatch. It’s easy to install, durable, and built to last, so you won’t have to worry about missing a turn. Egg incubation is a delicate process and every little detail matters. One of the biggest keys to a successful hatch is consistent egg turning. If eggs aren’t turned regularly, the embryos might stick to the shell, leading to low hatch rates or deformed chicks. The IncuTurn™ is great at handling this automatically. But like any mechanical part, this motor can wear out over time. If your eggs aren’t turning as they should, or the motor is making weird noises (or worse, not working at all), it’s time for a replacement. This replacement motor with mount is made specifically for the IncuTurn™, so it fits perfectly and is super easy to swap out. Nobody wants a noisy motor buzzing all night. This automatic egg turner motor is designed to be whisper-quiet, so you can keep it running without it being annoying. If you’re not sure whether you need a new motor, here are some clear signs that it’s time for a replacement: Eggs aren’t turning at all (Mark the position of the tray and check 1 hour later) The motor is making strange noises (grinding, clicking, or buzzing). The motor gets really hot when running. There’s a burning smell coming from your incubator. If you notice any of these problems, don’t wait. A faulty motor can seriously impact your hatch success, and replacing it early could save your next batch of eggs. How to Install the Replacement Motor One of the best things about this motor is that installation is super easy. Even if you’ve never replaced an incubator part before, you can do this in just a few minutes. Step-by-Step Guide: Turn off and unplug your incubator: Safety first. You don’t want any electrical surprises. Locate the existing motor: It’s attached to the IncuTurn egg turner. Remove the old motor and mount: Unplug the IncuTurn and then simply pull the motor mount off of your incubator.   Attach the new motor mount: Replace the mount in the same position as the previous mount. Power it up and test: Plug your incubator and turner back in and make sure the motor is working properly. That’s it. You’re back in action and ready for a successful hatch. Don't wait until it’s too late. Order your replacement motor for the IncuTurn™ today and keep your incubation process running smoothly.

IncuStat™ Advanced for IncuKit XL
$129.99
IncuStat Advanced for IncuKit XL. This device lets you add a sophisticated control module to your cabinet (or larger-style) egg incubator. This is designed to control the temperature, air circulation and automatic turner motors in your incubator. Key features- Proportional thermostat - minimizes temperature swings (see details below)- Comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F (easily adjustable, if desired)- Electronically controlled - Digital display- Controls the heater, fan and egg turner motors (it is not required to use this module to control all accessories, if you desire not to)- Hatch timer- Thermostat is calibration enabled- 110/120v power input - Remote sensor for accurate temperature reading- Easily mounts into your incubator (see video below)- Maximum heater wattage: 300 watts (see note below if you need more power) NOTE: if your incubator needs more power than 300 watts, you have the option of using a heater that is always on in order to bump up the entire wattage inside the incubator. For example, if you think you will need about 350 watts for your incubator, you can put a 60-watt light bulb inside the incubator that is always on. Then when the heater that you are regulating with the thermostat is on, you will have enough power in your incubator. Feel free to contact us if you would like further clarification about this option. See this video to see how easy it is to install the Incubator Control Module:   What is the difference between a proportional thermostat and an on/off thermostat? An off/off style thermostat turns the heater on full power when the temperature gets too low. Then it turns it completely off when the temperature gets too high. This style creates a wider swing in temperature because the temperature has to get too high or low before the thermostat responds. The proportional style thermostat adjusts the power up and down as the temperature starts getting close to the set-point (your target temperature). It will reduce the amount of power going to the heater as the temperature gets close to the set-point. Then it will increase the power as the temperature starts falling away from the set-point. This allows the temperature swing to be much less than the on/off style thermostat. When incubating eggs, accuracy counts! That is why a proportional-style thermostat is preferred.
