Nice light

The lights works good. The instructions were wrong and made it harder to put to use. When I asked them about it, they said, oh yeah, we need to change that.

So damn bummed!!!!.. (update)

Paula in Alaska here….
Just thought I would post an update on my review for the laylight. I would have edited the last post but I don’t think that is an option..
Just received an email from Incubator Warehouse via Amazon that states there was a batch of deliveries with a reverse polarity wiring issue inside the control box. Here are a couple of pieces of that email:

“If the small white box containing the LayLight has a silver sticker with black printing, your unit is affected. (The ones that are not affected have no sticker at all on the small white box)”
“ All you need to do is reply to this email and let us know that your laylight has the silver sticker with black lettering and we’ll send you a new light”

It also states how to fix it…I however have chosen to not open the control box and resolder wires. I will be sending the unit back.

I thought it only fair to share how this situation gets resolved. Keep in mind I literally just got this in the mail yesterday and found out it didn’t work.
Thank you incubator warehouse for being so responsive!!

Works Perfectly!

I've used this for about a year, and I'm really happy with it! I do wish the solar power add on were a little less expensive, right now I use it on electrical power. But it does work perfectly, I have it set to give the hens a bit of light in the coop during those short northern winter days.

Review & question

Great Product!

Works great, but the better thing about this product is that the timer runs on batteries - so, if you ever lose power (needed for the light) it doesn't affect the start/stop times of the light when power is restored! This is an invaluable feature that most timers miss.
