Designed to replace the standard wire floor, this plastic grid sheet provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface that enhances air circulation while ensuring a safe environment for eggs and hatchlings. Unlike traditional metal wire floors, which can be difficult to clean and may pose risks to delicate hatchlings, this plastic floor grid offers a smoother, more stable surface. The clear plastic grid sheet is designed for maximum airflow and hygiene, reducing the risk of bacterial buildup while keeping your incubator in optimal condition. While this plastic grid is primarily designed for Hova-Bator incubators, its versatility makes it a valuable tool for other applications: DIY Crafting & Hobby Projects – Perfect for creative projects requiring a durable floor grid. Ventilation & Drying Racks – Works great for drying herbs, flowers, and crafts. Pet Cage Flooring – Ideal for small animal enclosures to keep bedding and waste separate. Greenhouse Flooring – Prevents water buildup and enhances airflow in plant trays. One of the biggest concerns when using a traditional wire floor in an incubator is the potential for injury. Hatchlings have fragile legs, and metal wires can cause sprains or foot issues. This plastic grid floor provides a smoother and more uniform surface, helping chicks move around comfortably without the risk of slipping or getting their feet stuck. Unlike wire floors that may rust or degrade over time, this plastic floor grid is designed for long-lasting use. Made from high-quality material, it resists wear and tear, ensuring that your incubator remains in top condition for multiple hatching cycles. Maintaining cleanliness in an incubator is crucial for the health of developing embryos and hatchlings. This non-porous plastic grid is easy to sanitize and prevents bacteria buildup. Just rinse with warm water and mild disinfectant for a quick, hassle-free cleanup. Proper ventilation is essential for incubation success. It is designed with a well-spaced grid pattern that promotes even airflow, ensuring that all eggs receive adequate oxygen. This helps create a stable, controlled environment, which maximizes hatch rates. IncuStat™ Basic Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat (220/240V AC)
$64.99
Incubator Warehouse's Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat Description: This thermostat is very simple to use.  Just press the up arrow to set the temperature (in 0.1 degree increments).  There is a flame indicator on the screen that shows when the heater is operating.  The unit has an 18 inch remote sensor that is placed inside the incubator.  The white thermostat case is then mounted on the outside of the incubator.  Finally you can measure the temperature right next to your eggs, not the air at the top of the incubator. This can be set to read in Celsius or Fahrenheit Comes preset to 99.5 (this means that if you lose power the thermostat will come back on set to 99.5) - Preset to 37.5 in Celsius mode Thermostat set point can be adjusted to any temperature between 41 - 113 degrees Fahrenheit Digital readout displays temperature to the tenth of a degree (examples: 98.0, 99.5) If the temperature goes over 99.9, it reads: 00.1, 00.2, 00.3, etc Designed specifically for incubators, great for small incubators AND cabinet incubators (can switch heating elements up to 225 Watts) Remote Temperature Sensor (18 inches long) Select your voltage above in the drop down box (220/240V AC ONLY).  220/240V AC is for most places outside of North America. Temperature Switching Differential = 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit. This means if the thermostat is set to 99.5 the thermostat will turn the heat on when the thermostat sensor reads below 99.3 and turn off when the sensor reads above 99.7.  NOTE: It is normal for the thermostat to turn the heater off and still have the air temperature increase a little bit. This happens because as the power to the heater turns off, the heater is still hot and will heat the air around it. The same is true when the heater turns back on: the temperature may decrease a little more as the heater gets back up to temperature. The amount this happens will depend on the thermal mass of your heating element and the amount of circulation in your incubator. Keep in mind that the air temperature may vary without a negative impact to the eggs if the variation is rapid enough to not allow the egg to heat or cool more than it should.  As long as the up and down cycle is relatively small, is less than a few minutes, and the average air temperature is at your target temperature, the temperature inside your egg (which is what really matters) will be just fine!  This is true with any incubator and egg configuration.  Calibration Enabled.  This means that you can calibrate the thermostat to a specific temperature.  For example: If you have a thermometer that you trust and the digital thermostat reads a little different, you can calibrate the thermostat to match the trusted thermometer (calibrate in 0.1 degree increments up to +/- 5 degrees) Wiring and operation instructions included. It also includes instructions for installing an incubator fan, if desired. Key lock feature allows you to set the temperature and lock the keys so it cannot be changed without unlocking the keys (keys are locked by pressing both up and down buttons for 5 seconds). Product Description: Maintaining the correct temperature and humidity levels inside an incubator is essential for successful egg incubation. Whether you are breeding poultry, reptiles, or exotic birds, accurate environmental control is key to achieving high hatch rates. This GQF Incubator Thermometer / Hygrometer is a top-tier instrument designed to provide highly precise temperature and humidity readings, ensuring an optimal incubation environment. This wet bulb thermometer is an industry favorite due to its accuracy, easy readability, and durable construction. It is specifically designed for use in circulated air incubators, where a fan evenly distributes heat and humidity, allowing for precise measurements that can significantly impact the success of your hatch. This thermometer is equipped with a wet bulb system, which accurately measures relative humidity. It comes with attached wicks, which must be placed in a water-filled humidity pan. As the water evaporates from the wick, the thermometer measures the cooling effect, allowing you to calculate humidity levels precisely using a wet bulb chart. Unlike traditional digital hygrometers, the wet bulb method is more reliable and consistent in measuring humidity, making it ideal for serious breeders and hatchery operators. This thermometer is one of the most accurate incubator thermometers available. It is manufactured by GQF, a trusted name in incubation equipment. It features a 4-inch (10 cm) stainless steel stem designed to be inserted through a 5/32-inch hole in your incubator. This allows for easy external monitoring without opening the incubator, preventing unnecessary heat and humidity loss. The temperature scale ranges from 25°F to 125°F (-4°C to 52°C) and is marked in 1-degree increments, allowing for precise adjustments to your incubator’s settings. Unlike small digital displays that can be difficult to read, this thermometer features a large, 2-inch analog dial. The clear, high-contrast markings ensure that temperature readings are visible at a glance, even in dimly lit incubator rooms. The 4-inch probe will be inserted through a small pre-drilled hole in your incubator, ensuring a secure and stable fit. This allows continuous monitoring without opening the incubator door, helping maintain stable temperature and humidity. Why Choose the Hova-Bator GQF Incubator Thermometer? Unlike digital thermometers and hygrometers, which can be affected by battery life, calibration issues, or sensor degradation, the Hova-Bator GQF Incubator Thermometer / Hygrometer provides consistent, reliable, and highly accurate readings. This professional-grade thermometer is trusted by poultry, reptile breeders, and hatchery operators worldwide. It is the best choice if you need a dependable, long-lasting solution for monitoring your incubator. How to Use the Wet Bulb Thermometer in Your Incubator Insert the Thermometer – Place the 4-inch probe into the 5/32-inch hole in your incubator.
