What if Your AutoCoop™ Door Controller Screen is Blank or unreadable? 1. Simply plug it into a power source and leave for 24 hours to charge. 2. Then use a paper clip or small screwdriver to press the reset button. If the unit doesn’t reset after 10-15 seconds, then press the reset button a second or third time. The auto coop controller does not show understandable reader numbers or info, is there a fix for this?

Is there a button that allows you to manually open and close the AutoCoop Door?
Yes there is a button that allows you to manually open and close the coop door. It is located in the top right are of the timer. It is titled manual.

Does this come with 110v power supply?
It does not come with a 110v power supply for the coop door controller/timer. Customers are responsible for providing the power supply and connector for this timer.

The door opener has the time on it, but I can't get any of the programming buttons to work.
The new controller comes with a built in screen lock. Simply press the C?R button 4 times to unluck it and gain access to settings changes.

Does the AutoCoop timer operate on household 110 AC?
The timer its self operates on 12 volt power.

Will this controller work with a different actuator?
As long as the actuator is 12V and it has limiting switches.

Can this be wired to a 12V DC battery for use in a mobile coop?
The timer and the actuator for the door both operate on 12V DC power so it could be connected to a 12V battery.

Does the timer have a setting that works off a light sensor, opens when the sun comes up closes at dark?
Unfortunately this version of our controller does not have a light sensor.
