IncuTherm Plus™ Hatch Monitor
$26.99
The two biggest factors in achieving a successful hatch are correct temperature and humidity. With these factors in mind, we created the IncuTherm™ series digital thermometer/hygrometers. The IncuTherm Plus™ is able to accurately measure and display the temperature and relative humidity at the same time which can be displayed in both Fahrenheit or Celsius . The probe is placed inside the incubator. This allows the IncuTherm Plus™ to measure temperature and humidity on the inside of your incubator and display it on the outside. The built-in high and low memory stores the highest and lowest temperature and humidity readings since the last memory reset. This helps you ensure ideal conditions for a successful hatch. The IncuTherm Series has been factory calibrated to be accurate to within +/- 1°F (0.5°C) in the incubation temperature ranges. This is twice as accurate as most standard digital thermometers available on the market. This accuracy level makes the IncuTherm Series the easy choice when selecting a digital thermometer for your next hatch. As always, all of our products are covered by our One-year Hassle-free Guarantee. Purchase today with no worries and experience the IncuTherm Plus™ Hatch Monitor for yourself.

Little Giant 9300 Fan Kit With Installation Guide
$24.99
Putting a fan inside your incubator is a great way to increase hatch rates, but it is not just as simple as buying a PC fan or a cheap fan kit. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind: Too much air circulation is BAD for eggs (it will dry them out). Think about it, in nature there isn't a fan blowing on eggs. The only reason that an incubator needs the fan is to keep the temperature more consistent (like in nature). BEWARE of CHEAP kits. They often use regular HIGH speed fans. Almost all the fans on the market are designed to move as much air as possible. This is not what you want. If you get too powerful of a fan it can OVERHEAT your incubator. Fans generate heat. Many people have come to check on their eggs only to find them cooked because the fan caused the incubator to overheat. The direction the air flows and the positioning of the fan inside your incubator is critical to maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the incubator. Highlights of the Incubator Warehouse Circulated Air Fan Kit for the Little Giant 9300 Tested & proven for the Little Giant Incubator to increase hatch rates Specially designed to move only as much air as necessary to keep the incubator temperature consistent Will not overheat your incubator!!! Full color installation instructions for an easy installation Backed by the Incubator Warehouse TWO YEAR HASSLE FREE GUARANTEE Did you know that at any given time the temperature in your Little Giant still air incubator can vary by up to 5 degrees from the top and bottom and from the center to the corners? In addition, you get variation from the thermostat cycling the heating unit on and off. This temperature variation has a significant impact on your hatch rates. This problem can be significantly reduced by installing a circulated air fan kit into you incubator. Heat naturally rises, so you need to circulate the hot air from the hot spots to the cool spots for a much more uniform and consistent temperature and better hatch results. The more consistent air temperature also ensures that your thermostat is cycling on and off at the appropriate times, not just when the air around the thermostat heats or cools. IncuKit™ XL for Cabinet Incubators
from $79.99
The IncuKit XL ™ is an all-in-one kit designed to be the heart and brains of a homemade cabinet incubator. It allows you to convert a cabinet-sized enclosure into an incubator! To make your own incubator, you can use anything from an old refrigerator to a custom built cabinet! Simply choose your enclosure and install your IncuKit XL™ unit inside. Pretty cool? Well, actually it's pretty hot and it works very well. The IncuKit XL™ series has been redesigned to provide you with more options and versatility! First, select which style of thermostat is best for you: Basic Thermostat module: This is a standard on/off thermostat. This means that when the temperature hits a certain point, it turns the heater off and then back on full power once the temperature drops below a certain point. It will control the heater. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F. Advanced Thermostat module: This is a proportional thermostat. As the temperature gets closer to the target temperature, it begins tapering off the power to the heater. This provides more precise control and provides lower temperature variation in the incubator. This unit also has a count-down hatch timer and provides the option to control an egg turner motor, if you choose to use one. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F Second, select how many heater and fan modules your container will require: The number of heater and fan modules will be determined by the size of your container, how well it is insulated and the temperature outside the incubator. The IncuKit XL™ can be configured with one or two heater and fan modules, depending on these factors. Each heater and fan module will provide 125 watts of power. For medium size containers this may be all you need. For larger containers, you can add a second module to add an additional 125 watts of power. Do determine which option is best for you, a simple light bulb test will help. Get light bulbs that will generate enough heat to easily warm your incubator to at least 100 degrees F. See how many watts are required and that will help you know which option to select. The buyer is responsible for determining if this will generate enough heat for your enclosure. Caution: this is an AC powered device that you will be mounting in your incubator yourself. You must use a great deal of common sense when dealing with electrical devices. Electricity is wonderful but can be very dangerous. Use caution, common sense and if in doubt, ASK AN EXPERT!!! The IncuKit includes the following: Electronic Pre-Set thermostat designed specifically for incubators by IncubatorWarehouse.com (see details below) Each heater and fan module includes a high-output 120mm AC fan with protective screen, an integrated 125 watt heater with built-in safety thermal switch and mounting plate All mounting hardware Installation and operating instructions Easy to install and set up. All mounting hardware needed is included. And our step-by-step video makes it easy to install. Just mount the heater and fan module, mount the thermostat, connect them together and then plug it in. It's so easy!!   Simple to install! See this instructional video to see how simple it is to install this in your home-made incubator: If you find that your particular incubator needs more air circulation (a common issue in odd-shaped incubators), we offer 92mm and 120mm AC fans.
Cabinet Egg Turner Motor 110V AC | 1 RPM
$39.99
This Egg Turner Motor is perfect for cabinet egg incubator applications, providing very high torque (60 lbs/in) it can easily turn a variety of egg turner designs. The motor is 1 RPM (makes 1 revolution per minute), so it is best used with a timer to prevent overturning your eggs. This motor works great with the IncuKit XL Advanced because they have built-in egg turner timer controls.  The motor shaft has a D shape and also a hole through the shaft for easy egg turner linkage.  110V AC Power.
IncuStat™ Basic for IncuKit XL
$59.99
Incubator Warehouse's Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat for IncuKit XL Description: This thermostat is very simple to use. Just press the up arrow to set the temperature (in 0.1 degree increments). There is a flame indicator on the screen that shows when the heater is operating. The unit has an 18 inch remote sensor that is placed inside the incubator. The white thermostat case is then mounted on the outside of the incubator. Finally you can measure the temperature right next to your eggs, not the air at the top of the incubator. This can be set to read in Celsius or Fahrenheit Comes preset to 99.5 (this means that if you lose power the thermostat will come back on set to 99.5) - Preset to 37.5 in Celsius mode Digital readout displays temperature to the tenth of a degree (examples: 98.0, 99.5) If the temperature goes over 99.9, it reads: 00.1, 00.2, 00.3, etc Designed specifically for incubators, great for small incubators AND cabinet incubators (can switch heating elements up to 225 Watts) Remote Temperature Sensor (18 inches long) 110V AC Power Temperature Switching Differential = 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit. This means if the thermostat is set to 99.5 the thermostat will turn the heat on when the thermostat sensor reads below 99.3 and turn off when the sensor reads above 99.7. NOTE: It is normal for the thermostat to turn the heater off and still have the air temperature increase a little bit. This happens because as the power to the heater turns off, the heater is still hot and will heat the air around it. The same is true when the heater turns back on: the temperature may decrease a little more as the heater gets back up to temperature. The amount this happens will depend on the thermal mass of your heating element and the amount of circulation in your incubator. Keep in mind that the air temperature may vary without a negative impact to the eggs if the variation is rapid enough to not allow the egg to heat or cool more than it should. As long as the up and down cycle is relatively small, is less than a few minutes, and the average air temperature is at your target temperature, the temperature inside your egg (which is what really matters) will be just fine! This is true with any incubator and egg configuration. Calibration Enabled. This means that you can calibrate the thermostat to a specific temperature. For example: If you have a thermometer that you trust and the digital thermostat reads a little different, you can calibrate the thermostat to match the trusted thermometer (calibrate in 0.1 degree increments up to +/- 5 degrees) Wiring and operation instructions included. It also includes instructions for installing an incubator fan, if desired. Key lock feature allows you to set the temperature and lock the keys so it cannot be changed without unlocking the keys (keys are locked by pressing both up and down buttons for 5 seconds).
Hova-Bator GQF Incubator Thermometer / Hygrometer (Wet Bulb) 3018
$38.99
In our opinion this thermometer should only be used by those that are familiar with Wet Bulb thermometers.  According to GQF This is the most accurate incubator thermometer available and has approximately a 4' stem which can be inserted in a 5/32' hole to permit reading of temperature from outside of incubator. The 2' dial permits easy and accurate reading of temperature and is graduated in one degree increments from 25 degrees to 125 degrees.  Wicks are attached and placed in the humidity pan to allow thermometer to read wet bulb temperatures. THIS THERMOMETER SHOULD BE USED IN CIRCULATED INCUBATORS ONLY.

IncuKit™ MINI 2 for Desktop Incubators | Thermostat, Fan & Heater
$69.99
Many people prefer to build their own incubators. This is a fun do-it-yourself project. We’ve found that the biggest difficulty people run into while developing their incubators is finding a reliable heat source and thermostat. We’ve solved this problem by creating the IncuKit™ series thermostat fan heaters. We have created the IncuKit™ MINI to turn any small container into an incubator. This provides the heat, air circulation, and thermostat control you need to accurately control the environment in your container for hatching eggs. The IncuKit™ MINI has a proportional thermostat, built-in 60-watt heater, and fan. The proportional thermostat controls the amount of power that is supplied to the heater instead of simply turning the heater off and on. This provides more accurate temperature control than a standard off/on thermostat. The thermostat also comes preset to 99.5 degrees F which can be easily adjusted if necessary. The digital display makes it easy to read the current temperature and to make changes. The IncuKit™ MINI operates on low 12 Volt DC power and includes an AC-to-DC converter that works with both 110/120v and 220/240v power input. In case of power outages, the IncuKit™ MINI can also be powered with a 12V battery (additional battery connectors required). NOTE: You can optionally purchase the car power adapter or battery clips so you can keep your incubator running while on the road! This can be especially handy if you are transporting eggs or queen bee cells to their new location. As always, all of our products are covered by our 2-Year IncuCare Warranty. Purchase today with no worries and experience the IncuKit™ MINI for yourself. How to determine the appropriate size container for the IncuKit MINI: There are several factors that determine how much power will be required to heat your container up to the appropriate temperature to hatch eggs. The size of the container, how well it is insulated, the room temperature, and how much the room temperature fluctuates will all have a significant impact. The best way to determine if the IncuKit™ MINI is the right size for your container is pretty simple. Just put a 60-watt light bulb in your container (ensure it is thermally insulated since they get pretty hot!) and measure how warm your container gets. If it easily gets to at least 100 degrees F, then the IncuKit™ MINI should work. It is the user’s responsibility to determine if this product will generate enough heat for your container.

IncuKit XL Reptile Adapter Extension
$15.99
This extension adapts the IncuKit XL to work for larger reptile incubators. Without this adapter, the fan stays on constantly. This adapts the wiring so that the fan and heater turn off once the set temperature is reached. This helps to keep the incubator from overheating when the set temperature is close to the room temperature. And it keeps the air from circulating too much, which would tend to dry the eggs out.

Plug 'n Play Digital Electronic Thermostat with Remote Sensor
$66.99
The Plug ‘n Play is a digital electronic thermostat with remote sensor designed specifically for incubators. It's great for both tabletop and cabinet incubators. It comes pre-wired and ready to use. You can use any heating element up to 225 Watts. Simply plug in your heater, heat mat, or light bulb to the 3 outlet plug outlet and you’re ready to go. The temperature can be adjusted in 0.1 degree increments. Just press the up or down arrow to set it. The screen has a flame icon that turns on when the heater is operating. This unit comes with a 24 inch remote sensor that can be placed inside your incubator. The white thermostat may be mounted on the outside of the incubator. Comes preset to 99.5 degrees F (37.5 in Celsius mode). Set point can be adjusted to any temperature between 41-113 degrees F If the temperature goes over 99.9, it reads: 00.1, 00.2, 00.3, etc. The digital readout displays temperature to the tenth of a degree (98.7, 99.4) The temperature switching differential is 0.2 degrees F. This means that if the temperature is set to 99.5 then the thermostat will turn the heat on when the thermostat sensor reads below 99.3 and turn off when the sensor reads above 99.7 110V AC Calibration enabled. This means that you can calibrate the thermostat if required. For example, if you have a thermometer that you trust and the digital thermostat reads a little different, you can calibrate the thermostat to match the trusted thermometer (calibrate in 0.1 degree increments up to +/- 5 degrees) Key lock feature allows you to set the temperature and lock the keys so it cannot be changed without unlocking the keys (keys are locked by pressing both up and down buttons for 5 seconds) Note: It is normal for the thermostat to turn the heater off and still have the air temperature increase a little bit. This happens because as the power to the heater turns off, the heater is still hot and will heat the air around it. The same is true when the heater turns back on: the temperature may decrease a little more as the heater gets back up to temperature. The amount this happens will depend on the amount of heat your heating element holds and the amount of circulation in your incubator. Keep in mind that the air temperature may vary without a negative impact to the eggs if the variation is rapid enough to not allow the eggs to heat or cool more than it should. As long as the up and down cycle is relatively small, less than a few minutes, and the average air temperature is at your target temperature, the temperature inside your egg (which is what really matters) will be just fine! This is true with any incubator and egg configuration. As always, all of our products are covered by our 2 Year IncuCare Warranty. Purchase today with no worries and experience the Plug ‘n Play Digital Electronic Thermostat for yourself.

We get asked how to build an incubator all the time.  Making homemade incubators can be as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.  There are 3 major components in homemade incubators and DIY incubators: #1 Your homemade incubators thermostat, #2 Your DIY incubators heater, and #3 Your homemade incubator's fan. Other components that are important in your DIY incubator are your automatic egg turner and incubator case.  See our article about how to build an incubator for additional tips and information about how to build an incubator (coming soon in our Information Center).

Homemade incubators can save you a lot of money and provide you with a more custom solution.  On the other hand homemade incubators can end up costing you 2-10 times as much as you planned on because you didn't select the right components the first time.  We have a complete offering of components for DIY Incubators.
