GQF Universal Brooder Box 0534
$259.99
$329.99
GQF Box Brooders are designed to eliminate stress in young birds by providing plenty of heat, fresh air, light, feed and water space, and sanitary conditions for a confined area. Three clear plastic panels allow full and easy viewing of the brooder’s interior. Each brooder comes with three 28.5' troughs which maybe used for either feed or water. Ample feed and water space is necessary to allow weaker chicks access in the presence of more dominant chicks. Any trough may be equipped with optional automatic watering to provide the large quantity of water necessary. Failure to provide proper feed and water space can result in slower weight gain and perhaps higher chick mortality. The troughs are mounted on the outside of the brooder so that the chicks do not mix droppings into the food or water. The 300-watt heater provides sufficient heat while the vented plastic side panels keep out drafts. As chicks are drawn to light rather than heat, each heater has a socket for a low wattage attraction light bulb (2 bulbs included), which helps to hold the chicks in the heated area. Each brooder comes with an easy to use Digital Thermostat. The floor is a thin wire ½” mesh which will allow droppings to easily pass through. For small chicks like quail this floor requires that a layer of No 1628 DACB paper or paper towels be laid down on the wire for the first 4 to 7 days after which quail may stand on the ½” wire floor. Day old poultry and ducks can be placed directly on the wire. Drop pans are made of lightweight aluminum for long life. Drop pans can be easily pulled out even when brooders are stacked and the wire floor is heavy with birds. This box brooder is universal as each side panel comes with an adjustable gate to regulate openings for chick size. 32” X 38” X 12” Approx. capacity to 4th week - 100 quail - 50 Chukar or Pheasants. Poultry Chick capacity - 100 chicks through 2 weeks. Shipped in 2 cartons. (Needs #5001 Feeder & Waterer for game birds) Brooders are designed to bring normal room temperature up to desired temperature. Brooders do not have sufficient heat to offset a cold, unheated barn. TUV LISTED - This certification makes it perfect for use in classroom and laboratory settings.
IncuKit™ XL for Cabinet Incubators
from $79.99
The IncuKit XL ™ is an all-in-one kit designed to be the heart and brains of a homemade cabinet incubator. It allows you to convert a cabinet-sized enclosure into an incubator! To make your own incubator, you can use anything from an old refrigerator to a custom built cabinet! Simply choose your enclosure and install your IncuKit XL™ unit inside. Pretty cool? Well, actually it's pretty hot and it works very well.
The IncuKit XL™ series has been redesigned to provide you with more options and versatility!
First, select which style of thermostat is best for you:
Basic Thermostat module: This is a standard on/off thermostat. This means that when the temperature hits a certain point, it turns the heater off and then back on full power once the temperature drops below a certain point. It will control the heater. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F.
Advanced Thermostat module: This is a proportional thermostat. As the temperature gets closer to the target temperature, it begins tapering off the power to the heater. This provides more precise control and provides lower temperature variation in the incubator. This unit also has a count-down hatch timer and provides the option to control an egg turner motor, if you choose to use one. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F
Second, select how many heater and fan modules your container will require:
The number of heater and fan modules will be determined by the size of your container, how well it is insulated and the temperature outside the incubator. The IncuKit XL™ can be configured with one or two heater and fan modules, depending on these factors.
Each heater and fan module will provide 125 watts of power. For medium size containers this may be all you need. For larger containers, you can add a second module to add an additional 125 watts of power.
Do determine which option is best for you, a simple light bulb test will help. Get light bulbs that will generate enough heat to easily warm your incubator to at least 100 degrees F. See how many watts are required and that will help you know which option to select.
The buyer is responsible for determining if this will generate enough heat for your enclosure.
Caution: this is an AC powered device that you will be mounting in your incubator yourself. You must use a great deal of common sense when dealing with electrical devices. Electricity is wonderful but can be very dangerous. Use caution, common sense and if in doubt, ASK AN EXPERT!!!

Poultry Water Nipples w/ Gasket & Wing Nut
$2.99
Watering nipples are one of the best upgrades to a traditional chicken waterer. They're mess-free, so you'll spend far less time cleaning and scrubbing out poopy, dirty waterers, and more time enjoying your flock. Screw these nipples into the container of your choice (instructions provided), such as 5-gallon plastic buckets or a PVC pipe.
What sets these apart from vertical nipples: they don't drip and, because no water is stored in the nipple unit even when your bucket or drinker is full of water, they won't freeze during the winter provided you're heating your water supply.
Comes with the Incubator Warehouse 2 Year IncuCare Warranty.
Installation requires a 3/8" drill bit. Don't have one? You can get yours HERE.

Little Giant Circulated Air Fan Kit 7300
$44.99
This circulated air fan kit comes ready for instalation in your GQF 9300 egg incubator.
Did you know that at any given time the temperature in your Little Giant Still Air incubator (9300) can vary by up to 5 degrees from the top and bottom and from the center to the corners? In addition, you get variation from the thermostat cycling the heating unit on and off.
This temperature variation has a significant impact on your hatch rates.
Heat naturally rises, so you need to circulate the hot air from the hot spots to the cool spots for a much more uniform and consistent temperature and better hatch results. The more consistent air temperature also ensures that your thermostat is cycling on and off at the appropriate times, not just when the air around the thermostat heats or cools.Includes step by step installation instructions.
