IncuStat™ Basic Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat (220/240V AC)
$64.99
Incubator Warehouse's Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat Description: This thermostat is very simple to use.  Just press the up arrow to set the temperature (in 0.1 degree increments).  There is a flame indicator on the screen that shows when the heater is operating.  The unit has an 18 inch remote sensor that is placed inside the incubator.  The white thermostat case is then mounted on the outside of the incubator.  Finally you can measure the temperature right next to your eggs, not the air at the top of the incubator. This can be set to read in Celsius or Fahrenheit Comes preset to 99.5 (this means that if you lose power the thermostat will come back on set to 99.5) - Preset to 37.5 in Celsius mode Thermostat set point can be adjusted to any temperature between 41 - 113 degrees Fahrenheit Digital readout displays temperature to the tenth of a degree (examples: 98.0, 99.5) If the temperature goes over 99.9, it reads: 00.1, 00.2, 00.3, etc Designed specifically for incubators, great for small incubators AND cabinet incubators (can switch heating elements up to 225 Watts) Remote Temperature Sensor (18 inches long) Select your voltage above in the drop down box (220/240V AC ONLY).  220/240V AC is for most places outside of North America. Temperature Switching Differential = 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit. This means if the thermostat is set to 99.5 the thermostat will turn the heat on when the thermostat sensor reads below 99.3 and turn off when the sensor reads above 99.7.  NOTE: It is normal for the thermostat to turn the heater off and still have the air temperature increase a little bit. This happens because as the power to the heater turns off, the heater is still hot and will heat the air around it. The same is true when the heater turns back on: the temperature may decrease a little more as the heater gets back up to temperature. The amount this happens will depend on the thermal mass of your heating element and the amount of circulation in your incubator. Keep in mind that the air temperature may vary without a negative impact to the eggs if the variation is rapid enough to not allow the egg to heat or cool more than it should.  As long as the up and down cycle is relatively small, is less than a few minutes, and the average air temperature is at your target temperature, the temperature inside your egg (which is what really matters) will be just fine!  This is true with any incubator and egg configuration.  Calibration Enabled.  This means that you can calibrate the thermostat to a specific temperature.  For example: If you have a thermometer that you trust and the digital thermostat reads a little different, you can calibrate the thermostat to match the trusted thermometer (calibrate in 0.1 degree increments up to +/- 5 degrees) Wiring and operation instructions included. It also includes instructions for installing an incubator fan, if desired. Key lock feature allows you to set the temperature and lock the keys so it cannot be changed without unlocking the keys (keys are locked by pressing both up and down buttons for 5 seconds). Little Giant 9300 Fan Kit With Installation Guide
$24.99

Controlled Air Circulation: Optimized to prevent overheating or drying out eggs, mimicking natural incubation environments. Complete Kit: Includes a replacement fan plate (compatible with the latest 9300 model), a fan, and detailed color installation instructions. Enhanced Hatch Rates: Minimizes temperature inconsistencies caused by still air systems, ensuring better hatch results. Easy Installation: Full-color step-by-step guide makes installation simple and stress-free. IncubatorWarehouse's 2-Year Hassle-Free Guarantee. Product Description: If you're using the Little Giant 9300 Still Air Incubator, upgrading your Little Giant 9300 to include our fan kit is a simple way to improve your hatch rates. Adding a fan ensures consistent air circulation, prevents temperature swings, and mimics a natural environment for the eggs. With a fan that's designed specifically for this incubator, you'll avoid common problems associated with generic fans, like overheating or drying out the eggs. Adding a fan to your incubator isn't just about moving air; it's about creating consistency. Still-air incubators, like the Little Giant 9300, often struggle with uneven temperatures. Heat rises, leaving the top much warmer than the bottom and the center warmer than the edges. This temperature imbalance can lead to poor hatch rates. The Little Giant 9300 Fan Kit solves this problem by gently circulating the air to create a stable, uniform temperature throughout the incubator. The result? Higher hatch rates, healthier chicks, and less stress for you. Why Consistent Airflow is Important for Hatch Rates Eggs rely on a steady and balanced temperature to develop properly. In still-air incubators, the temperature at the top, bottom, and corners can differ by as much as 5°F. These inconsistencies can reduce your hatch rate because not all eggs are exposed to the same conditions. A properly installed fan solves this by circulating warm air evenly throughout the incubator. This uniformity ensures that:   Every egg receives equal heat exposure. The incubator's thermostat works more accurately. Temperature fluctuations are minimized, improving hatch success. How It Works The fan operates at a low, controlled speed to circulate air gently. It keeps hot air from collecting at the top and ensures that cooler areas, like the corners, are brought up to the right temperature. This keeps the entire incubator environment balanced without drying out the eggs or disrupting humidity levels. Problems with Using the Wrong Fan Let's be real; plenty of generic fan kits are out there. But most of them are just repurposed high-speed PC fans. These fans are designed to move as much air as possible, which is great for cooling electronics but terrible for eggs. It might be tempting to install a regular PC fan or a cheaper alternative, but that can cause serious problems: Overheating: Many generic fans run too fast, adding excess heat that can harm or even kill the embryos. Too Much Airflow: High-speed fans can dry out eggs, reducing hatch rates. Poor Placement: Incorrect positioning can lead to uneven airflow and temperature inconsistencies. The Little Giant 9300 Fan Kit is different. It's been tested and proven specifically for use in the 9300 incubator. It is engineered to avoid these issues, providing just the right amount of airflow without the risks. Step-by-Step Installation Guide Installing this fan is straightforward, even for beginners. You don't need to be a DIY expert to install this fan. The full-color guide walks you through every step so you know exactly what to do. If you'd like even more guidance, there's a helpful video tutorial available that shows you how to install the fan in your incubator.   Here's a brief overview of the steps: Install the fan inside the heater unit using the replacement fan plate. Position the fan assembly correctly inside the incubator to ensure even airflow. Connect the wires securely to the power source. Test the fan to confirm proper operation. Don't settle for uneven temperatures or risky fan alternatives. Get this fan kit and ensure every hatch counts. Order now and start seeing better hatch results with your Little Giant 9300 Incubator.
