Door hinge was broke but everything still works
arrived cracked on both sides, but works as should also took along time for delivery. so ive just got a new incubator with cracks
I have 5 now 3 incubators and 2 hatchers the new one I got had a broken door the window from being shipped look like something hit it ..but had a great response when I called gqf and thet got ahold of incubator warehouse had a new door sent all well eggs inches incubator now
The incubator works well. I have not had any problems so far. I purchased 1502 to replace NR 360.
The incubator was in awful shape, missing screws and arriving with cracked housing around the hinges. I contacted the company, provided pictures and they simply forwarded my issues to the manufacturer who did not offer a replacement. When I pay over $1000 for what should be a brand new product, I expect a full replacement from the seller. Very disappointed and now I’m stuck with a subpar incubator with feeble “repair parts” for damage that I did not cause. I should not need to repair a brand new machine for this much money.
Says free shipping but then charge 200 for shipping?
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the shipping cost on the 1502.
Our free shipping offer does have exclusions, and the 1502 is one of the items that does not qualify due to its size and the cost required to ship it. This information is noted on the product listing so customers can review the shipping terms before purchasing.
We understand that shipping costs on a larger unit like this can be frustrating, and we always try to be as clear as possible about those charges. If you have any questions about the shipping cost or your order, please feel free to reach out to us directly and we would be happy to help.

Great product and works very well
Nice product but was damaged when unboxed. I used epoxy to repair it. I was pressed for time. Had 400 quail eggs waiting on it so didn’t worry about contacting yall

Can't go wrong with this incubator. This is my 5th one. All working just super!!!
Was so excited, everything seemed to be going very well. My chicks were developing. But the biggest problem I had was the humidity. The pan would have no water in it and the outside reservoir (extra item ordered) would not flow no matter what I tried to do. So I had to keep opening the incubator to manually add water. That was a PITA…. Because I ordered the outside reservoir specifically so I wouldn’t have to. Anyways I lost OVER half of my hatch at lockdown.. over 30 eggs and the chicks seemed pretty weak, I’m assuming for the fluctuating humidity. I am very experienced with the table top incubators. This one has been nothing but issues for me. I was so excited and very hopeful. Buuut this is not sustainable.
Fast shipping and it works grea
Arrived within two days had some damage to the back called GQF they sent me a new back. I had that in three days now I have eggs in it and it seems to be working great.
Great product I have 2 and no problems.
Needs better packing first one was broken beyond repair. Second one has a crack but can live with it at this point. Don’t want to take my chances at the next one being worse.
This is the third one I bought from you and the back was almost off of it and a few other screws were loose so I had to put it together again but I still haven't used it yet but they have always worked good for me
Customer support was very helpful, arrived in a few short days after purchase.
Just an amazing product
Love it
Works and operates great. Only complaint is that you can’t pull out the bottom tray when the turn racks are on. You have to put the trays back in their upright position to pull the bottom tray out when chicks are hatching. Other than that it seems to be working perfectly.
Good product and great customer service
So far, so good. Temperature and humidity have remained stable. This is why I purchased it so im pleased so far. Still a little over a week until hatch time.
Very happy with this purchase. Incubator arrived quickly in perfect condition. I just had my first hatch and am thrilled with the performance and ease of use. Also totally happy with the customer service and care from incubator warehouse. Thank you!
Love this incubator. Best hatches ever.
Very stripped down egg incubator.. so what looked like a deal was definitely not. Had to buy all rack pans and trays. Another 250.00.
The worlds best incubator ever. I bought 2 right away. And I am very impressed. Thank you for your ''EXCELLENT'' service.
