The Vrooder™, The Brooder Heater Plate with a View
$39.99 $60.99
Brooder Heat Plates are wonderful but they can take some of the fun out of raising chicks by keeping them hidden and out of sight. We’ve put the enjoyment back into raising chicks with the introduction of the Vrooder™, The Brooder with a View. You won’t miss any of the action with the exclusive Vrooder™ viewing port. This port allows you not only to see and watch the cute birds but also to help keep them safe (birds can get stuck in the middle of a traditional brooder plate and suffocate). The Vrooder™ simulates a mother hen keeping her chicks warm and cozy under her feathers. Keeping a constant temperature, using an integrated thermostat and heater.   Traditional heat lamps consume over 6 times as much electricity as the Vrooder™. With the electricity savings the Vrooder™ pays for itself in a matter of weeks. A traditional Red Bulb uses 250 Watts constantly vs only 40 watts intermittently (integrated thermostat turns heater on and off as needed)   As your chicks grow, simply raise the heat plate with the easy-to-adjust thumbscrews without needing to remove the heat plate from your brooder. IP64 rating means it is built dust tight and water resistant. Cleanup is a breeze, simply wipe down with a wet rag without worrying about damaging the internal components. The Vrooder™ can safely accommodate up to 30 baby chicks.                     Power Specs: 110 volts and 40 watts. Heat Plate Dimensions: 14.5”L x 14.5”W x 1”H. Assembled Dimensions: 14.5”L x 14.5”W x 12.5”H.

Transforms Your Incubator: Converts your Little Giant Still-Air Incubator into a Circulated-Air Incubator for improved hatch results. Prevents Harmful Hot & Cold Spots: Constant air circulation stabilizes temperature, reducing risks of overheating or chilling. Improves Temperature Stablity: This fan kit helps maintain optimal incubation conditions if your room temperature fluctuates frequently. Compact & Easy Installation: Comes with step-by-step installation instructions. Two-Year IncuCare Warranty. Product Description: Are you looking to improve the efficiency of your Little Giant Still-Air Incubator? The Circulated Air Fan Kit with Heater is an essential upgrade that transforms your incubator into a Circulated-Air Incubator, ensuring consistent temperature distribution and significantly enhancing hatch rates. Made for Little Giant incubator models 9300, 10300, and 11300, this fan kit is easy to install and removes dangerous hot and cold spots inside your incubator. Temperature fluctuations can be a major issue in a still-air incubator, with heat rising to the top and creating uneven temperature zones. At any given moment, the temperature inside the incubator can vary by up to 5°F, depending on the location. This inconsistency affects embryo development and hatch success. By installing the Little Giant Circulated Air Fan Kit, you create an environment where warm air is continuously distributed, ensuring a more stable and uniform temperature throughout the incubator. This maximizes hatch rates and reduces the risk of weak or undeveloped chicks. Product Specifications Dimensions: L 5.25” x W 4.875” x H 3.125” Power: Efficient, low-energy fan kit Compatible Models: Little Giant 9300, 10300, 11300 Includes: Fan, heater for egg incubator, Wiring, and Installation Guide Item Number: Miller 7300 This little giant incubator fan continuously circulates the air inside the incubator, eliminating temperature differences between the top, bottom, center, and corners. It removes hot and cold spots, so every egg gets the best conditions to hatch. A circulated air system is a must-have if you live in an area where room temperatures change frequently. Sudden drops or increases in temperature can negatively impact hatching success. This little giant incubator fan kit reduces the impact of external temperature changes by stabilizing the incubator's internal conditions. Most still-air incubators rely on a thermostat to cycle the heating unit on and off. However, when heat is not evenly distributed, the thermostat may turn off too soon or too late, leading to inaccurate temperature regulation. This fan kit evenly spreads heat throughout the incubator, helping the thermostat function more accurately and maintain the correct incubation temperature. Step-by-Step Installation Guide Setting up your 7300 forced air fan kit is simple. Follow these steps: Unplug Your Incubator – Always disconnect power before installation. Remove the Incubator Lid – Gently remove the lid to access the interior. Locate the Pre-Drilled Fan Holes – Align the forced air fan kit with the designated mounting area. Secure the Fan with Screws – Attach the fan to the Little Giant incubator securely. Connect Wiring – Use the wiring diagram to connect the fan and heater. Test the System – Turn on the incubator before placing eggs and ensure the fan runs smoothly. Installation Time: Approx. 5-10 minutes Tools Required: Screwdriver Don't let temperature fluctuations ruin your hatch rates. Click "Add to Cart" now & give your eggs the best chance to hatch.

IncuKit™ XL for Cabinet Incubators
from $79.99
The IncuKit XL ™ is an all-in-one kit designed to be the heart and brains of a homemade cabinet incubator. It allows you to convert a cabinet-sized enclosure into an incubator! To make your own incubator, you can use anything from an old refrigerator to a custom built cabinet! Simply choose your enclosure and install your IncuKit XL™ unit inside. Pretty cool? Well, actually it's pretty hot and it works very well. The IncuKit XL™ series has been redesigned to provide you with more options and versatility! First, select which style of thermostat is best for you: Basic Thermostat module: This is a standard on/off thermostat. This means that when the temperature hits a certain point, it turns the heater off and then back on full power once the temperature drops below a certain point. It will control the heater. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F. Advanced Thermostat module: This is a proportional thermostat. As the temperature gets closer to the target temperature, it begins tapering off the power to the heater. This provides more precise control and provides lower temperature variation in the incubator. This unit also has a count-down hatch timer and provides the option to control an egg turner motor, if you choose to use one. This comes pre-set to 99.5 degrees F Second, select how many heater and fan modules your container will require: The number of heater and fan modules will be determined by the size of your container, how well it is insulated and the temperature outside the incubator. The IncuKit XL™ can be configured with one or two heater and fan modules, depending on these factors. Each heater and fan module will provide 125 watts of power. For medium size containers this may be all you need. For larger containers, you can add a second module to add an additional 125 watts of power. Do determine which option is best for you, a simple light bulb test will help. Get light bulbs that will generate enough heat to easily warm your incubator to at least 100 degrees F. See how many watts are required and that will help you know which option to select. The buyer is responsible for determining if this will generate enough heat for your enclosure. Caution: this is an AC powered device that you will be mounting in your incubator yourself. You must use a great deal of common sense when dealing with electrical devices. Electricity is wonderful but can be very dangerous. Use caution, common sense and if in doubt, ASK AN EXPERT!!! The IncuKit includes the following: Electronic Pre-Set thermostat designed specifically for incubators by IncubatorWarehouse.com (see details below) Each heater and fan module includes a high-output 120mm AC fan with protective screen, an integrated 125 watt heater with built-in safety thermal switch and mounting plate All mounting hardware Installation and operating instructions Easy to install and set up. All mounting hardware needed is included. And our step-by-step video makes it easy to install. Just mount the heater and fan module, mount the thermostat, connect them together and then plug it in. It's so easy!!   Simple to install! See this instructional video to see how simple it is to install this in your home-made incubator: If you find that your particular incubator needs more air circulation (a common issue in odd-shaped incubators), we offer 92mm and 120mm AC fans.

IncuStat™ Basic for IncuKit XL
$59.99
Incubator Warehouse's Digital Electronic Egg Incubator Thermostat for IncuKit XL Description: This thermostat is very simple to use. Just press the up arrow to set the temperature (in 0.1 degree increments). There is a flame indicator on the screen that shows when the heater is operating. The unit has an 18 inch remote sensor that is placed inside the incubator. The white thermostat case is then mounted on the outside of the incubator. Finally you can measure the temperature right next to your eggs, not the air at the top of the incubator. This can be set to read in Celsius or Fahrenheit Comes preset to 99.5 (this means that if you lose power the thermostat will come back on set to 99.5) - Preset to 37.5 in Celsius mode Digital readout displays temperature to the tenth of a degree (examples: 98.0, 99.5) If the temperature goes over 99.9, it reads: 00.1, 00.2, 00.3, etc Designed specifically for incubators, great for small incubators AND cabinet incubators (can switch heating elements up to 225 Watts) Remote Temperature Sensor (18 inches long) 110V AC Power Temperature Switching Differential = 0.2 degrees Fahrenheit. This means if the thermostat is set to 99.5 the thermostat will turn the heat on when the thermostat sensor reads below 99.3 and turn off when the sensor reads above 99.7. NOTE: It is normal for the thermostat to turn the heater off and still have the air temperature increase a little bit. This happens because as the power to the heater turns off, the heater is still hot and will heat the air around it. The same is true when the heater turns back on: the temperature may decrease a little more as the heater gets back up to temperature. The amount this happens will depend on the thermal mass of your heating element and the amount of circulation in your incubator. Keep in mind that the air temperature may vary without a negative impact to the eggs if the variation is rapid enough to not allow the egg to heat or cool more than it should. As long as the up and down cycle is relatively small, is less than a few minutes, and the average air temperature is at your target temperature, the temperature inside your egg (which is what really matters) will be just fine! This is true with any incubator and egg configuration. Calibration Enabled. This means that you can calibrate the thermostat to a specific temperature. For example: If you have a thermometer that you trust and the digital thermostat reads a little different, you can calibrate the thermostat to match the trusted thermometer (calibrate in 0.1 degree increments up to +/- 5 degrees) Wiring and operation instructions included. It also includes instructions for installing an incubator fan, if desired. Key lock feature allows you to set the temperature and lock the keys so it cannot be changed without unlocking the keys (keys are locked by pressing both up and down buttons for 5 seconds).

GQF Universal Brooder Box 0534
$279.99 $329.99
GQF Box Brooders are designed to eliminate stress in young birds by providing plenty of heat, fresh air, light, feed and water space, and sanitary conditions for a confined area. Three clear plastic panels allow full and easy viewing of the brooder’s interior. Each brooder comes with three 28.5' troughs which maybe used for either feed or water. Ample feed and water space is necessary to allow weaker chicks access in the presence of more dominant chicks. Any trough may be equipped with optional automatic watering to provide the large quantity of water necessary. Failure to provide proper feed and water space can result in slower weight gain and perhaps higher chick mortality. The troughs are mounted on the outside of the brooder so that the chicks do not mix droppings into the food or water. The 300-watt heater provides sufficient heat while the vented plastic side panels keep out drafts. As chicks are drawn to light rather than heat, each heater has a socket for a low wattage attraction light bulb (2 bulbs included), which helps to hold the chicks in the heated area. Each brooder comes with an easy to use Digital Thermostat. The floor is a thin wire ½” mesh which will allow droppings to easily pass through. For small chicks like quail this floor requires that a layer of No 1628 DACB paper or paper towels be laid down on the wire for the first 4 to 7 days after which quail may stand on the ½” wire floor. Day old poultry and ducks can be placed directly on the wire. Drop pans are made of lightweight aluminum for long life. Drop pans can be easily pulled out even when brooders are stacked and the wire floor is heavy with birds. This box brooder is universal as each side panel comes with an adjustable gate to regulate openings for chick size. 32” X 38” X 12” Approx. capacity to 4th week - 100 quail - 50 Chukar or Pheasants. Poultry Chick capacity - 100 chicks through 2 weeks. Shipped in 2 cartons. (Needs #5001 Feeder & Waterer for game birds)  Brooders are designed to bring normal room temperature up to desired temperature.  Brooders do not have sufficient heat to offset a cold, unheated barn.  TUV LISTED - This certification makes it perfect for use in classroom and laboratory settings.
