Is the IncuBright™ egg candler I.P rated ? and if so what is the rating ?

We do not have an IP rating on the Incubright™ Egg Candler. This is because in order to allow the egg to rest on the light we had to remove the lens. Thus there is not lens to protect against dust/debris or water.

Much easier to candle quail eggs with this vs the light on the incubator

Great

Always had to use a light to candle eggs this has made it much easier to see in the eggs. Even dark eggs like olive eggs I could clearly see the embryo developing! Great product overall.

I also wanted to let you know that your candler is hands down better than my led flashlight and box. The curve of the light allows for a better seal on egg which in turn improves visibility. And yes, your candler allows you to see inside even a maran egg. I greatly appreciate it.
And the genesis is awesome...held steady temp throughout incubation and hatch and was easy to clean. Love it!
