What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Americal Express credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. We do also accept checks but we ask that you contact us before sending a check so we can provide a quote and have a heads up that a check is on its way. With checks we do not release the order and ship the order until the check has cleared the bank.
Will the heat tape automatically calculate the correct price?
Yes, the heat tape listing will tell you the price per foot by entering the quantity (feet) you need.
Will this controller work with a different actuator?
As long as the actuator is 12V and it has limiting switches.
How many pounds can it turn?
There is not a specified weight rating for this motor. This is because how much weight it can turn will depend on the design of the incubator. If the turner is well balanced than it can turn a lot of weight. If the design puts a lot of torque on the motor it will turn much less.
Does the AutoCoop timer operate on household 110 AC?
The timer its self operates on 12 volt power.
Shipping
Once I place my order how long does it take to ship out?
For table top incubators and accessories, once we have received your order it will typically ship out the next business day. Cabinet incubators can take 2-3 business days to ship out but will arrive by the estimated deliry times provided. Once your order is shipped you should receive an automated email with the tracking information for your package. If for some reason there is an issue with your order and it will not ship out the next business day we will notify you by email. For items that are on backorder there is normally a notice in the listing stating the expected shipping date.

How long your package will take to be delivered will depend on where you are located and the shipping speed selected during checkout. Delivery times are measured in business days which are Monday thru Friday Excluding holidays. What shipping companies do you use?
All of our orders are shipped through either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. The speicific service used will dell depend on the shipping speed selected during chechout.
Will you send cabinet incubators to Canada?
We sure do. Just add the cabinet you want to order to the virtual shopping cart and proceed to the checkout screen. From there you can enter your country, province, and postal code to get your shippin cost.
Two-Year IncuCare Warranty
What does your 2 Year IncuCare Warranty cover?
Our Two-Year IncuCare Warranty is an industry leading warranty that covers all the products that we sell for two years from the purchase date. This means that if you have an issue with your product we will do our best to find a solution that works for you. Whether this is sending you parts to quickly fix the item, sending out a replacement, getting the product back for repair, or having the product returned for a refund. We just ask that you contact us about the issue you are having so we can work with you on the solution.
Can I return my purchase if I am not happy with it?
As part of our Two-Year IncuCare Warranty you are welcome to send back your purchase for a refund for Two Years from the purchase date. If the reason for the return is that the product is deemed defective by one of our customer service reps. or was damaged in shipping, we will pay the cost of return shipping. If you are returning your purchase because it is not what you expected, you changed your mind, you no longer need it, or other similar reasons the you would be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We just ask that you contact us before returning your order so we can provide you with instructions on how to do so. Also, we find that for most situations we can find solutions and work with customers to resolve any issues that they may have.
Returns
Once I send back my return how long does it take to a refund?
Typically, we do not process refunds until we have received the items back into our warehouse. Once we have received the return it takes 1-2 business days for the return to be processed and a refund to be issued. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. Customer Service
The auto coop controller does not show understandable reader numbers or info, is there a fix for this?
If your AutoCoop™ Door Controller Screen is Blank or unreadable follow the steps below to restart your unit. 1. Simply plug it into a power source and leave for 24 hours to charge. 2. Then use a paper clip or small screwdriver to press the reset button. If the unit doesn’t reset after 10-15 seconds, then press the reset button a second or third time. Incubation
What if the humidity is higher than 60% during incubation?
A short duration above 60% during incubation is not detrimental to your hatch rates, but if for some reason you are constantly seeing levels above 60% during incubation then we suggest using a clean dry sponge to help absorb some of the excess moisture.
Do you suggest removing the vent plug during lock down?
Yes, we do suggest removing the vent plug during lock down in order to increase the amount of fresh air that the newly hatched chicks will get.
Do I need to turn the automatic turner off once they start to hatch?
Yes, it is common to turn the auto turner off and make sure the eggs are laid on their sides for hatching.
