Poultry feeders, poultry waterers, chicken feeders and chicken waterers are used to simplify the task of feeding and watering your poultry flock.  The most common types are galvanized metal poultry feeders, galvanized metal poultry waterers, thermoplastic poultry feeders and thermoplastic poultry waterers.  

Poultry feeders and chicken feeders come in all shapes and sizes and range from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars.  When selecting a poultry feeder you must consider the number of birds you need to feed, the space available to place a feeder, and if other animals are around that might eat your poultry feed.  Automatic poultry feeders automatically refill the feeding trough usually by a gravity feed.
